The 2026 VSS Conference will be held on the Plaza Level at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre
The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) operates a Southbank parking facility for visitors, guests and the general public. Our car park is conveniently located undercover with direct lift access to the Centre’s convention and exhibition facilities and event spaces.
We provide undercover parking for up to 1,500 vehicles to both our event guests and the general public.
The car park is open 24 hours a day. Should you require assistance, please use the intercom located at the pay stations or exit gates to talk to one of our friendly staff.

All delegates are required to register for the conference on arrival at the Conference Registration Desk, which is located in the Plaza Level Foyer.
There are digital maps throughout the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre that will help guide you to the Plaza Level Foyer.
Delegates will receive a conference nametag and conference bag containing relevant program information with all sponsors' marketing materials.
Delegates are required to wear their conference nametags at all times during the conference, as this will provide access to lecture streams, trade displays and all refreshments.
The 2026 VSS Conference will include a Gala Dinner on Saturday 7th March. Complimentary for full conference ticket holders, delegates will enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapes in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, followed by a two-course meal in the Grand Ballroom. This will be an opportunity to network with your industry peers and enjoy some thank-you presentations before we dance the night away to one of Brisbane's premiere DJ's.
All conference delegates are welcome to attend the Breakfast Plenary session in the Plaza Rooms on Saturday 7th March from 8:00am-9:00am. Breakfast will be served in the Exhibition Area, and delegates are invited to bring their breakfast into the Plenary session.
Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and the Conference Dinner will be provided for all registered delegates and exhibitors. All daytime refreshments will be served in the Exhibition Area. Please wear your conference nametag for access. Coffee and tea will also be provided in each of the Meeting Rooms at the commencement of each day.

The dress code for conference delegates is smart casual. This applies to the lectures, trade display and Conference Dinner.
We will happily provide ticket refunds if we are given 30+ days' notice. Please note that refunds will not include the ticket booking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide ticket refunds if less than 30 days' notice is provided, due to event supplier costs.
